Find your airport and either "Share Access" or "Request Access". This will be the share process so in the app tap to open the sharing panel.

Pick the amount of time you will be in the lounge and enter any details regarding the lounge or your quest membership requirements.
Tap accept and your guest is confirmed — they get notified instantly.
You can either chat with the requestor to give further details or where to meet or confirm or cancel the transaction.
